Welcome to A Plus SMP. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the A Plus SMP website, consultations, scalp micropigmentation services, educational programs, workshops, digital products, communications, and other products or services offered by A Plus SMP (“A Plus SMP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, submitting information, scheduling a consultation, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
A Plus SMP provides scalp micropigmentation (“SMP”) and related cosmetic services, consultations, hair-loss and SMP education, workshops, digital products, educational programs, and other related products and services.
Specific services, pricing, availability, promotions, and program offerings may change from time to time.
Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee eligibility for a particular service, appointment availability, or a specific outcome.
A Plus SMP may offer complimentary consultations to prospective clients.
Consultations are intended to help us understand your concerns, discuss potential options, answer questions, and determine whether A Plus SMP services may be appropriate for you.
A consultation does not create a medical provider-patient relationship and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Scalp micropigmentation is a cosmetic procedure intended to create the visual appearance of hair follicles, density, or other cosmetic effects through the application of pigment to the scalp.
Individual results vary.
Factors including skin characteristics, scalp condition, existing hair, hair-loss pattern, lifestyle, aftercare, healing, sun exposure, pigment retention, medical conditions, and other individual factors may affect results.
A Plus SMP does not guarantee a specific aesthetic result, degree of pigment retention, number of sessions required, or duration of results.
Clients are responsible for following applicable preparation and aftercare instructions.
A Plus SMP provides cosmetic services and educational information. Unless expressly stated otherwise, A Plus SMP does not provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment.
Information provided through our website, consultations, educational materials, workshops, digital products, communications, or other services is provided for general informational and educational purposes and is not intended to substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
Scalp micropigmentation does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent hair loss, alopecia, or any other disease or medical condition.
Individuals with medical concerns should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
A deposit may be required to reserve an SMP appointment or other service.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment requirements, including the amount of the deposit and remaining balance, will be communicated during the booking process.
An appointment is not considered secured until all required booking requirements have been completed.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If a client cancels within 24 hours after booking/payment, any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit will be eligible for refund.
If a client cancels more than 24 hours after booking/payment, a 10% late cancellation fee may be deducted from the refundable portion of the payment, in addition to the non-refundable deposit. Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded.
If a client cancels and wishes to reschedule, it is the client's responsibility to contact A Plus SMP to request a new appointment.
Rescheduling is subject to the artist's availability and is not guaranteed for any particular date or time.
Failure to contact A Plus SMP regarding rescheduling does not create an obligation for A Plus SMP to initiate or secure a replacement appointment.
Any product, workshop, program, event, or service that has additional or different refund or cancellation terms will disclose those terms at or before purchase. Where no separate policy is provided, this section will apply to the extent applicable.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.
A Plus SMP does not necessarily directly store complete payment-card information processed by third-party payment providers.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
Individuals under 18 may receive services from A Plus SMP only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
A parent or legal guardian must also attend the consultation and procedure/service appointment with the minor.
A Plus SMP may require identification or documentation reasonably necessary to verify parental or legal guardian authorization.
A Plus SMP reserves the right to decline or postpone services when appropriate consent or required documentation has not been provided.
SMS Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to use or participate in A Plus SMP's SMS/text messaging service. Individuals under 18 may receive A Plus SMP services with the required written parental or legal guardian consent, but they may not independently opt in to the A Plus SMP SMS program.
You may submit photographs, videos, testimonials, written statements, messages, reviews, comments, or other materials (“Submitted Content”) to A Plus SMP through our website, forms, email, text message, social media, or other communication channels.
By voluntarily submitting content to A Plus SMP, you represent that you own the content or have the authority to provide it to us.
You grant A Plus SMP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual license to store, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise use Submitted Content for legitimate business purposes, including providing services, consultations, education, internal training, documentation, quality improvement, business operations, and marketing or promotional purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
A Plus SMP may also request separate consent or authorization for particular uses of identifiable before-and-after photographs, testimonials, videos, or other client materials.
Where separate written consent or authorization is required by law or by A Plus SMP's policies, that separate authorization will control the applicable use.
A Plus SMP may display testimonials, reviews, photographs, videos, or before-and-after results from clients who have provided applicable authorization.
Individual experiences and results vary.
A testimonial, photograph, video, or example of another client's results does not constitute a promise or guarantee that another person will achieve identical or similar results.
A Plus SMP may offer educational materials, workshops, courses, programs, downloadable resources, videos, guides, templates, communities, or other digital content.
Unless otherwise stated, these materials are provided for personal, non-commercial, informational and educational use.
Purchasing or participating in educational content does not guarantee a particular business, financial, cosmetic, medical, career, or other outcome.
You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, share access to, or commercially exploit paid A Plus SMP educational materials without written permission from A Plus SMP.
Unless otherwise indicated, the A Plus SMP website and its original content—including text, graphics, photographs, videos, branding, logos, educational materials, downloads, designs, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to A Plus SMP and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
